POLICIES
1. Groomers are not allowed to go into the clients' homes to get the pet for the grooming service. As the service is provided in our vans, clients need to handover their pets to the groomers outside their homes.
2. Clients are not allowed to go into the van unless prior approval from the groomer.

3. Pet owners need to disclose information about their pet's behavior, as they may need to take medication prior to the grooming service as prescribed by a vet. Failing to provide this information when booking the appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged if the grooming session cannot be performed due to the pet's behavior.
4. Pet owners need to disclose information about the health and condition of their pets, as a waiver may be required prior to the grooming service.
5. Grooming services will not be provided to pets with lice. This information needs to be disclosed by pet owners at the time of the booking and failing to do that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
6. Pet owners need to disclose the actual condition of their pets in order to price the service accurately (e.g. pet without grooming for many months, which may impact the time and price expected to complete the full service).

7. When booking an appointment; please expect us at your place between half an hour earlier/later due to weather conditions, road conditions, traffic, prior appointments, etc. The times given are estimated times for arrival.

8.Grooming Policy
Dematting Policy:
We prioritize the comfort and well-being of your pet. We do not offer extensive dematting services. If extreme matting is present, we will notify you, and the only option will be to shave the pet for their comfort, not for aesthetic purposes.
Behavior and Coat Condition Fees:
Additional charges may apply if your pet's behavior, coat condition, or unexpected circumstances require extra time or resources during the grooming process. All prices are subject to change based on these factors.

9. No-Show and Cancellation Policy
No-Show Fee:
A fee of 50% of the grooming cost will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until this fee is paid.
Late Arrivals:
Punctuality is crucial for our mobile grooming service. Late drop-off s or pick-ups cannot be accommodated due to our tight schedule.

10. Liability and Indemnity
Injury and Illness:
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, you acknowledge that grooming involves inherent risks, including minor nicks, stress, or allergic reactions to products. You agree not to hold DC Grooming Ltd. liable for any such incidents unless caused by gross negligence.
Pet Behavior:
You are responsible for disclosing any behavioral issues or medical conditions that may affect the grooming process. DC Grooming Ltd. is not responsible for injuries caused by your pet’s behavior.
